pta Membership for 2026-2027 is now open!
It's officially a new year, and it's time to renew your PTA membership!
Membership is $12 ($8 for faculty) and covers the entire school year. Your membership goes directly towards the many programs and events that PTA provides throughout the year--and there are many to support! Membership also gives you voting rights at our general membership meetings, which gives you a voice in determining our priorities, shaping our events and building a strong school community. While volunteering and/or attending meetings are not required, we encourage all members to participate in whatever way works best for them!
Members also receive an extra perk--access to our Student/Family Directory through our MTK website and mobile app! Once you join PTA, your membership will be verified by our volunteer Membership Chair, and access will be granted to the Directory within 5 business days (usually sooner!). Make sure your MTK profile is up to date and that you have downloaded the free mobile app (see the Links and Resources page for links), and enjoy access for the entire year!

Don't forget to fill out our 2026-2027 Volunteer Interest Form for our many committees and initiatives--some are brand new for this year! You can find the form in the Volunteer! dropdown menu, or in your My Account menu under "My Forms and Paperwork."
We've listened to your feedback and put together a wide variety of opportunities to get as many families involved as possible! Whether you're planning one of our mega-popular evening events like Trunk or Treat or Multicultural Night, helping to celebrate our incredible FCW staff with our Snack Squad, or working on our online Spirit Wear store, you'll be working alongside other dedicated volunteers to support our amazing FCW family, and building relationships that strengthen our community.
***PLEASE NOTE: The form is available to users who've activated their Membership Toolkit accounts--so it you have not done so, you will need to log in or create an account. We are going to be utilizing MTK a LOT more this year, so please create an account and confirm your information. It takes just a minute, and will give you access to all the features on the website AND our mobile app!
Many committees also have openings for chair and co-chair positions, if you're willing to do a little more--just indicate your interest in the pop-up menu on the form. And if you have questions about an opportunity that the descriptions don't answer, we are here to help! Just reach out to us at fcwptamembership@gmail.com and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.
Have a specific skill like graphic or web design that might be useful? Reach out to us at fcwptamembership@gmail.com and let us know, and we can connect you with other smaller, specialized committees that might need someone like you!
